I’m a firm believer that success leaves clues. Every month, I reflect on what’s working, what’s shifting, and what’s truly making a difference in my life. January was no exception—it was packed with powerful shifts, new habits, and resources that elevated my mindset, health, and productivity.
And because I know you’re just as committed to growth as I am, I wanted to share them with you. Maybe one (or all) of these will be exactly what you need to create momentum this month.
My Gratitude Journal – A Simple but Life-Changing Practice
Gratitude has been a core part of my daily routine for years, but this month, I made it even more intentional. Every evening, I write down what I’m grateful for from that day—not just in a general way but really feeling the gratitude in my body. This shifted my entire energy and allowed me to end my day on a high vibration.
If you’re not doing this already, try it. It’s one of the simplest and most powerful ways to rewire your brain for more abundance and joy.
Let Them by Mel Robbins – The Reminder I Needed
If you haven’t watched Mel Robbins’ viral Let Them video, go do it now. Seriously. And then, get the book.
This concept rocked my world. It’s all about letting people do whatever they’re going to do instead of wasting energy trying to control or resist it. Someone didn’t text you back? Let them. Someone doubted your dreams? Let them. Someone walked away from your life? Let them.
It’s a mindset shift that creates so much peace. Instead of feeling frustrated or trying to change people, I’m focusing on my own energy and alignment. Game-changer. (And you should know, that’s only one part of the equation. The next one is “let me”.) But you’ll have to grab her book to go deeper.
ChatGPT for Everything (My Secret Productivity Hack)
If you’re not using ChatGPT to streamline your life, you’re missing out. I use it for everything—from brainstorming content to writing emails (yes, even this one started with ChatGPT’s help!) to manifesting and understanding yourself on a deeper level. It’s like having a personal assistant/therapist/teacher that helps me work smarter, not harder. I even put together a quick video with some of my favorite manifesting prompts so you can start using AI to make your life easier.
Try it and thank me later!
Function Health – Taking Control of My Health
Health is wealth, and this year, I’m prioritizing it more than ever. I recently signed up for Function Health, and let me tell you—it’s been a game-changer. It gives you access to 100+ lab tests that helps you understand what’s actually happening in your body so you can optimize your health instead of guessing.
If you’re someone who wants to feel your best, this is something worth looking into. Because let’s be real: when you have more energy, clarity, and vitality, you can show up bigger in every area of your life. Use this link to bypass the waiting list and try it today. And peek into my app below. Yes, it says my biological age is 13 years younger than I am!

I’m still waiting to get a summary and advice from the functional medicine doctor who reads my results (it takes two weeks), but already, it’s far exceeded my expectations. Remember, use this link to bypass the waiting list.
Hiring a Talent Agent – The Power of Going All In
One of my biggest reminders this month? Connections open doors. My previous client, friend and the renowned Speaker, curator, international award-winning director, author, and producer, Tricia Brouk has introduced me to some incredible connections in the last month. I was introduced to her talent agent and PR
firm. This was a powerful lesson in how the right people can accelerate your journey,
expand your reach, and bring new opportunities into your life.
So if you’re feeling stuck, ask yourself—who do you need to surround yourself with? Who is already doing what you want to do? Because the right relationships can change everything. (And if you’re looking to ramp up your speaking game, check out Tricia, and tell her I sent you.)
Regular Sauna Sessions Paired with Reading or Meditation
This one was all about deep rest and rejuvenation. I started incorporating regular sauna sessions into my week, and the benefits have been next level. Not only does it help with detoxing, circulation, and muscle recovery, but it’s also an incredible way to slow down and be present. Some days, I bring a book. Other days, I meditate. Either way, it’s become a sacred time for me to disconnect from the noise and reconnect with myself. Highly recommend! We have a sauna in our house. It’s this brand.
Healing Sessions
Healing comes in so many forms, and this month, I had a session with a healer that left me feeling deeply aligned and clear. I won’t even try to explain the magic of what she does, but if you’ve been feeling blocked, heavy, or like you need an energetic reset, working with a healer can be profound. Sometimes, we don’t even realize what we’re holding onto until we allow ourselves to release it. Her name is Candace Tranter, and you can also listen to our podcast interview together here.
Here’s to an incredible February filled with even more expansion, alignment, and success.
