Most ambitious women don’t actually know what they want. You’re kind of on autopilot and moving so fast. You’re a deer in the headlights when people ask what your five-year-plan is. You’re making decisions on autopilot or doing what you think you should be doing.

You know what you want but it’s not yet happening (despite you trying really hard). Things don’t seem to be flowing or working, and you’re living in the gap. You can see your desires but your real-life isn’t reflecting what you want. You’ve tried all of the strategies and know there’s something internal going on.
