Big Questions, Bigger Answers: How to Believe, Achieve, and Attract Your Dream Life

Today, I wanted to dive into some of the client questions I got in Telegram this week.

There were some juicy ones so I wanted to give you some of my answers with the hopes that they will also help you get big results too…

Q. How do you generate the belief that something so big is possible?

Here’s how I think about it: when I feel doubts creeping in, I look to others who have already done what I want to do. I remind myself that they’re just humans, like me—navigating life with the same 24 hours in a day. If they can achieve something incredible, so can I.

I also love to put things into perspective. A few years ago, I attended one of Brendan Burchard’s events, and something he said really stuck with me. He talked about how people often say things like, “Starting a business is so hard” or “Achieving this big goal feels impossible.”

And do you know what he said?

“We went to the moon!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”

Let that sink in. Humanity literally engineered a rocket, sent people to space, and landed them on the moon. Compared to that, setting up a website, running a few miles, or even launching a program starts to feel pretty manageable, right?

It’s not about downplaying your dreams—it’s about normalizing them. Sure, your goals are amazing, but they’re also achievable. And chances are, people less talented, less equipped, or with fewer resources than you have already done something similar.

A practical tip here: make a list of people who have achieved what you want and research their stories. Most likely, they started with obstacles too. This gives your mind evidence that big goals are realistic and can reinforce your belief.

Q: On Big Goals: What if it feels like I don’t know the ‘how’?

Here’s the thing: you don’t need to know every step right now. When I think about my vision for I Heart My Life, it’s huge. I won’t pretend I have all the answers or know exactly how it will unfold. But what I do know is what I can start with today.

Big goals are built one small step at a time. Start with what you know, take action consistently, and trust that clarity will come as you move forward.

It’s like driving a car at night—you won’t see the entire road, but you trust that eventually you will and the next few steps will reveal themselves. And with every step, your belief grows stronger because you’re proving to yourself that you’re capable.

A helpful tip: break down your big goals into micro-goals. For example, instead of “launching a business,” focus on “brainstorming ideas,” then “validating one idea,” and so on. Celebrate every milestone, no matter how small, because momentum builds belief.

Q: How do you move towards your money goals when they feel impossible?

First, get clear on your purpose for money. How much do you have a desire and need for right now? Start with what absolutely must come in.

Then ask yourself what capacity you have to receive that money. In other words, do you have a job or business that can bring that in each month? If not, how can you make that happen? And focus on the smallest amount first that feels believable but is exciting to you. Then build from there.

The worst thing you can do is to set a financial goal that you don’t believe is possible. I’d rather you start small, grow your confidence and then increase it.

An extra suggestion: pair your financial goals with why they matter. For example, “I want $10K to feel secure and fund X.” When your goals are anchored to an emotional purpose, they feel more urgent and exciting.

Also, reflect on your capacity to receive—this is gold. If you feel blocked, journaling on questions like, What’s my relationship with receiving? Do I feel worthy of this amount? can help uncover hidden resistance.

Q. You said to me, “Would I be friends with this person if I had $1M in the bank?” What did you mean by that?

What I meant is this: when you have financial freedom, you stop making decisions based on fear, obligation, or scarcity. You get to choose relationships (and everything else) based on what feels aligned and expansive for you.

So, I challenge you to adopt that mindset now. Ask yourself: If I was already abundant, would I still say yes to this? Would I tolerate this energy? Would I give this my time? If the answer is no, start making adjustments. You don’t have to wait for a million dollars to start living like your best self.

A pro tip: keep a running list of what (and who) feels expansive and aligned in your life versus what doesn’t. Then, start releasing the things that feel heavy or set better boundaries.

Q. Why do I keep attracting negative things into my life?

This one’s big. The truth is, we attract what we’re a vibrational match for. If negativity is showing up, it’s time to check in with your beliefs, habits, and thoughts. Are you focusing on fear, lack, or doubt?

The great news is, you have the power to rewrite this. Start practicing gratitude, even in the smallest ways. Flip the script when negative thoughts arise. And remember: the external world is just a mirror of what’s happening inside. Shift your inner world, and your outer world will follow.

Another tip: Visualization can also help. Imagine your day filled with lightness, love, and joy. When negative things arise, remind yourself they’re a reminder to shift internally.

Hope this helps! Speak soon!
