Hi Lovely,
Last week I spent a day filming new IHML Show episodes. One of the special guests was Bob Heilig. He’s a Facebook LIVE expert and the Founder of Your Virtual Upline, a training resource for the new wave of network marketers. We met through Brendon Burchard’s Mastermind last year, and he’s been such a source of inspiration to me ever since.
(Make sure you subscribe to my YouTube Channel or on iTunes to be the first to check out this episode when it’s released in a few weeks.)
Last year at the mastermind event in San Diego, I remember the moment I heard about Bob for the first time — Brendon pointed him out in the room of 200 people and shared that he’d gone from nothing to 7-figures in 10 months.
Obviously everyone wanted to know more.
During the interview last week, I reminded Bob of this moment and also shared that…
He beat me because I went from nothing to 7-figures in 18 months
I knew there must be more to the story than that
Bob laughed and admitted that there definitely was. Then he said, “What Brendon forgot to mention was the ten years of struggle before that 10 months.”
Ah, yes.
That.
What I love about Bob revealing his own personal struggle — how literally the year before he was unable to buy his fiancée a Christmas gift — is that it makes our own moments of struggle okay and in fact, normal.
And more importantly, his journey and success displays the power of persistence and never giving up. And that success does take time.
I see so many people looking to create a successful business and giving it all they have, and I love that.
But I also see the flipside, and it gets me fired up…
I see…
Laziness.
Entitlement.
Lack of clarity.
Negativity.
Doubt killing dreams.
Dabbling.
So if it’s not working and you’re not getting the results you want, let me ask you, lovely….
Are you taking two steps forward and one step back and half showing up?
Why was it a “short week” for you?
Why aren’t you going the extra mile?
Why are you letting your dreams be dictated by others?
Why are you giving up before you really even start?
Why are you rejecting people who try to help you?
Why aren’t you watching the tutorials, videos, and doing the modules?
Why aren’t you reading the book?
Why aren’t you making the call?
Why are you putting up with people who don’t believe in you?
Why are you saying “it’s possible for her” and not you?
Why aren’t you up at 5am?
Why aren’t you saying “no” to the party that feels like an obligation anyway?
Why aren’t you doing the video, sending the email, posting the inspiration?
Why aren’t you impacting the world as you’re meant to?
As you can see — I’m fired up.
This email isn’t meant to make you feel bad, but it is meant to light a fire beneath you. Because the truth is, you’re meant for big things. You’re supposed to be impacting the world. You’re designed to be a game-changer for your clients.
And guess what?
Everything you want is POSSIBLE for you, but there isn’t a magic pill and it doesn’t happen overnight. You have to put in the work and the effort — just like anything else!
And if you’re letting your fear get in the way, I beg you to STOP. You have to take action. You have to put yourself out there in a big way. You have to feel the fear and do it anyway — over and over again.
This may sound like bad news, lovely, but let’s be real about what it takes to make it happen.
You aren’t going to get there by being HALF in the game.
So are you in or out?
That’s the question to ask yourself today.
Because being “all in” will get you results. There’s no doubt about that. It’s just a matter of time, lovely.
Here’s to you rockin’ it!
Lots of love,
